• How long it will take to get there and back.
• Meeting place: Agree on where to meet.
• Transport: Plan how you will travel.
• Which activities are available and check their opening times.
• Book in advance to avoid queues.
• Check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
• Bring snacks and drinks if the venue doesn't provide them.
• Set a budget for the trip.
