Comparative Forms:

2. beautiful - more beautiful
3. high - higher
4. kind - kinder
5. hard-working - more hard-working
6. lazy - lazier
7. friendly - friendlier
8. thin - thinner

Note: For adjectives with two or more syllables (except those ending in -y), we usually use 'more' before the adjective to form the comparative. For one-syllable adjectives, we usually add '-er'.
