As for me, I try to eat healthy food every day. I like fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas, carrots, and cucumbers. I also eat porridge and drink milk.
My mom usually cooks meals in our family. She is a great cook! She always makes sure that we eat healthy and tasty food.
I last ate fast food about a month ago. It was a pizza with my friends after school. I don’t eat it often because I know that it’s not healthy for me.
