First of all, you need to exercise. Now, that doesn't mean you have to take
up a sport like football, or go to the gym every day and
work out for hours. It can be something easy like walking or
running – just enough to keep your body moving. It's very important to
make a break too. Don't study for hours – get up and move around. And take a day
off from time to time – nobody can study well every day of the week. Why not
spend together with friends or
spend time with your family? Just make sure you don't
stay up too late, because sleep is one of the things you need most.
