Dear Jake, How are you? I've just come back from a wonderful trip across Russia, and I'm excited to tell you about my journey. I started my adventure in St. Petersburg. The city in the north-west of Russia is beautiful! I visited the huge and amazing. I walked along the Neva River and enjoyed the views. The bridges were impressive, especially the Palace Bridge. I took many photos of the colourful buildings and canals. Next, I travelled to Kazan. Kazan is a mix of Russian and Tatar cultures. I saw the beautiful Kazan Kremlin, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The architecture is stunning, with the white walls and the blue domes of the mosque. I tried the local food, I think you would love it! After Kazan I went to Sochi. The weather there was warm and sunny. I visited the Black Sea and spent time on the beach. I swam in the sea and relaxed on the sand. One evening I watched the sunset, and it was magical. The sky turned into many colours: orange, pink, and purple. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to buy souvenirs in local shops. I ended my trip in Vladivostok, which is in the east of Russia. It is near the ocean and looks like a different world. I walked on the Golden Bridge and saw the ships in the harbour. I learned about the city's history in the Pacific Fleet Museum. The people were friendly, and I even made a new friend there. This trip was unforgettable, and I can't wait to continue working on my project about Russia. I remember you wanted to see some pictures of the Russian cities.
