I do different sports in an after-school club. I'm quite good, but I want to be better! What do you do at sports?
You probably do a lot of sports. They all teach you some new skills! It's a good idea to try new activities – for example, learn to play volleyball or go hiking at the weekend. In my opinion, you do exercise every day. It's enough to do it three or four times a week. Sport is be fun, so don't forget that, and enjoy your practice.
Do you want to be really good? Then you don't miss a practice! Nothing is more important than practice when you want to be the best. You do many different sports. Choose one you like, and focus on it!
