Hi, I'm Joe. We all love cooking in our family and I'm a chef.

I have to get up early on most days to open my restaurant, but I don't have to get up early on Monday. The restaurant is closed then. My assistant, Maggie, has to go to the market every morning to buy fish and meat. She has to buy any vegetables – the restaurant has a vegetable garden. Maggie and I start cooking at eleven o'clock.
